You're welcome to request changes during the preview stage so we can make sure everything is exactly how you envisioned it.

Each keepsake is individually designed, personalized, 3D printed, inspected, and carefully packaged before it's shipped.
Are these toys?
Our keepsakes are decorative and sentimental items designed to celebrate special moments. Unless a product specifically states otherwise, they are not intended to be used as toys or teething items.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. After that, design work may have already begun, so cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and work quickly to make it right.
