Return & Refund Policy
At Silvia 3D Treasures, every item is thoughtfully designed and made just for you. Because our products are personalized and created to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or incorrect personalization details provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. After this time, design work or production may have already begun, and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.
Design Proofs
We believe every keepsake should be exactly what you envisioned. That's why we work with you throughout the design process before anything is printed.
You'll receive up to three digital proofs throughout the design process so you can review your design before it's printed.
Production will only begin once you've approved the final proof.
After final approval, additional design changes may require a redesign fee based on the amount of work involved and may extend your production timeline.
If There's a Problem with Your Order
We take great pride in our work, and your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error that was our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
Once we've reviewed the issue, we'll gladly offer a replacement or refund if the problem was caused by us.
Personalization Errors
Please carefully review all names, dates, spellings, and personalization details before placing your order. We create every item exactly as submitted.
If incorrect information was provided during checkout, we cannot offer a refund. However, we'll gladly work with you to create a replacement whenever possible.
Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has been shipped.
If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days so we can help make it right.
Handmade & 3D Printed Products
Every piece is individually designed and 3D printed. Minor layer lines, slight color variations, and small differences between digital proofs and the finished product are a natural part of the handmade manufacturing process and are not considered defects. These unique characteristics are part of what makes every keepsake one of a kind.
